As most items are made to order, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Custom or personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If a return is accepted, the item must be sent back in its original condition.
